Custom Antibody Production

Biomodels offers antibody production in rats and mice.  Antibodies can be generated against customer-supplied antigens or against custom synthesized peptides and conjugates in the strain and species of your choosing.
Antibody Purification and Testing

Biomodels provides immunochemistry services such as Affinity Purification, IgG Purification, western blot, immunohistochemistry and ELISA to characterize and prepare custom antibodies.  In addition, Biomodels can prepare Fab, F(ab’)2 or Fc fragments of your antibody.
